Veterinary Customer Care Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients, particularly those in the pet care and veterinary sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of animal care and be able to communicate effectively with customers regarding their needs and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to animal care or veterinary services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure customers receive the best possible advice and support.
• Handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism, particularly in critical care scenarios.
• Promote additional services or products that may benefit the customer’s pets.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of pet care, including experience with equine or other animals preferred.
• Familiarity with animal anatomy, veterinary terminology, and aseptic techniques is highly desirable.
• Experience in animal catheterization, restraint, or critical care is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
• A passion for animals and commitment to providing high-quality service to pet owners.
