The Veterinary Specialty Center of Sturbridge is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our team! This is a flexible role with the option to work in-house or virtually.
As a vital member of our client services team, you’ll be the first point of contact for pet owners—providing exceptional service, empathy, and support as they navigate specialty care for their beloved pets. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a genuine love for animals and the people who care for them.

Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
Schedule appointments and manage client communications
Maintain accurate and organized medical records and client information
Assist in coordinating specialty veterinary services and relaying information between clients and medical staff
Support clients through difficult situations with compassion and clarity
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or veterinary environment preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfort working with sensitive or emotional situations
Ability to work independently, especially in a remote environment
Own a computer and cell phone suitable for work use
Schedule & Compensation:
Flexible shifts available (including evenings/weekends if preferred)
