Your Day-to-Day:
- Champion positive change within the clinic and beyond.
- Collaborate with other leaders across Veterinary United’s 20 locations.
- Strategize and set goals for your team and hospital.
- Oversee daily operations, client service, and staff management.
- Help improve efficiency, processes, and patient care.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 3-5 years in a leadership role (customer service experience a plus).
- Veterinary or healthcare management experience highly preferred.
- Strong skills in operations, coaching, and collaboration.
