Located just an hour from Raleigh, our after-hours emergency practice has been providing exceptional care since 2006. At SAES, youll encounter a diverse caseload ranging from minor injuries to critical, life-saving procedures. Our team thrives in a collaborative environment, supported by skilled technicians, advanced diagnostic tools, and a commitment to top-tier emergency medicine. We are open overnight on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends/holidays, ensuring that patients in our community receive the care they need.
