Animal Medical Centers of Loudoun , a two-location practice in Brambleton and Ashburn, VA (part of the Washington, D.C. metro area), is excited to welcome an additional experienced veterinarian to our team!
We are known for our high retention rate, strong collaboration, and supportive environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced veterinarian seeking a role with daytime hours and no weekends.
What We’re Looking For
Experienced full-time or part-time veterinarian comfortable with surgery and dentistry.
Option to focus on surgery full-time or split time between surgery, dentistry, and appointments.

Compensation & Benefits
Full-time, experienced base salary range : 150-180k. Commensurate with skillset, experience, schedule and your preferred pace.
Earning potential on monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan : up to $200k
Additional opportunities to earn : Highly competitive monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
Relocation stipend
Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment, skillset and schedule commitment
