What You'll Do
- Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments and assist with client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and process payments.
- Educate pet owners on hospital services and policies.
- Collaborate with veterinarians and staff to ensure smooth hospital operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks and keep the reception area organized.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Previous experience in a customer service role (veterinary or medical setting preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Veterinary Field is ideal
- Experience with Cornerstone a PLUS
- Ability to work at least 1 weekend day and nights
- Excellent Communication and Multi-tasking skills are needed for our busy hospital
- Displays the highest degree of professionalism at all times with customers and co-workers
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills
- Must be organized and detail-oriented to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all transactions
- Capable of staying calm and exercising sound judgement in challenging situations
- Present a neat, well-groomed appearance
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift and or carry up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Ability to walk, stand, and bend for sustained periods
- Ability to use hand and arms to handle and position animals, materials, equipment
Salary : $16 - $21
