Compensation for this role is a $15- $24/hour based on experience, opportunities for overtime. Responsibilities:
Client Service:
- Frontline Ambassador: Be the friendly face (or voice) that greets clients and their furry companions.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointments, ensuring smooth flow and minimal wait times.
- Client Education: Educate pet owners on preventive care, treatment options, and wellness plans.
- Billing and Payments: Handle financial transactions with finesse and empathy.
- Complaint Resolution: Turn frowns upside down by addressing concerns and finding solutions.
Community Engagement:
- Client Follow-Up: Check in on patients post-treatment and address any concerns.
- Educational Events: Participate in workshops, pet health seminars, and community outreach.
- Social Media Savvy: Help spread the word about our exceptional services through engaging content.
Generous Benefits Package for Full-Time Employees:
- Scrub Allowance: Eligible on 1st day
- Paid Time Off: 40 hours per year (accrued, PTO is a combination of sick/MD safe sick leave and vacation time)
- Paid Holidays: 6 Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days)
- Health Insurance (medical, dental, vision): Single and Family, 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
- Supplemental Insurance (e.g. life insurance, critical illness, etc.): 1st of the month after 60 days of employment

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer Service Skills: Prior experience in customer service required (can be in another industry).
- Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can switch gears easily.
- Team Player: You’re proactive and willing to help.
- Passion for Animals: You treat every client with kindness and respect
