Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
- Recruit, train, and develop staff.
- Organize ongoing education and training for team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings alongside the Medical Director.

- Address employee concerns and implement safety and security procedures.
Business Operations
- Plan and manage efficient staff and doctor schedules.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to payroll, inventory, and revenue.
- Analyze and enhance the performance of revenue centers.
- Oversee hospital expenses to align with financial goals.
- Work with the Regional Manager and Medical Director on business growth strategies.
- Ensure accurate and efficient use of practice management software.
- Maintain hospital equipment and inventory control.
- Promote continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a veterinary management role such as Practice Manager, Hospital Administrator, or Hospital Director.
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and delegation abilities.
- Experience managing financial budgets and business performance.
