Title: SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-inclusive

Description:
Work with the client to identify problems, anticipate their needs, and find potential solutions.
Build POCs for potential new solutions and technologies to demonstrate their capabilities to the client.
Create and present both functional and technical designs, including data analysis, to the business team. Gather feedback to influence the solution approach.
Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases clearly for stakeholders.
Lead sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives to review and refine solutions.
Lead UAT with end users, ensuring smooth coordination and obtaining user acceptance sign-off.
Prepare user documentation and training materials as necessary to ensure users are well-supported.
Demonstrate your expertise to drive business process improvements within the client s supply chain operations.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of SAP MM and strong understanding of key supply chain processes, including Material Master, BOM, Routing, Production Version, and Work Center.
Strong experience in Maintenance Orders, Production Orders, and related configuration setup in SAP.
Expertise in Inventory Management and related SAP configuration.
Experience in the configuration of Org Structure, Master Data, Purchasing, Pricing, Account Determination, and PR/PO Release Strategy processes.
Experience in designing and deploying special procurement scenarios such as Subcontracting, Stock Transport Orders, and Consignment Processes.
Experience leading UAT and ensuring successful user acceptance sign-offs.
8-10 years of SAP implementation experience, with a strong focus on SAP MM and supply chain processes.
Experience with SAP public cloud.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Position is local to the Bay Area; candidates must be based in this region.
