What are we looking for?
Alchemy is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to develop and maintain post-sale contact with medium to large customer accounts in order to facilitate positive and productive long-term relationships. The Account Manager will serve as an internal advocate and client liaison throughout the customer life cycle. Accounts Managers are ultimately responsible for ongoing product success and adoption in all assigned accounts.
What You’ll Do
Identify opportunities to cultivate organic sales within assigned accounts
Successfully manage client relationship at executive levels
Assist with the implementation of Alchemy products and services
Manage client satisfaction with the services and products
Handle escalated customer concerns and account issues
Establish a deep knowledge of an organization’s business goals and objectives
Leverage industry knowledge, applications, and product knowledge in order to find and propose business opportunities and client solutions
Acquire industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies & competitors
Partner with internal resources to proactively identify opportunities or issues that drive customer retention
Ability to prioritize and manage key accounts with attention to detail
Accurately forecast upsell and renewal business
Travel independently throughout the Americas, and occasionally to other international locations

What you bring to the table:
3 years of Account Management, Customer Success Management, and/or Client Relation Management experience with renewal and upselling responsibilities, a plus
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or 4 years of relevant professional experience
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with large and small organizations
Ability to work autonomously under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
