Job Requirements :
To be considered for the opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria :
Administrative experience
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to :
Researching variances in production records
Inventory control and management
photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, scanning and shredding documents.
Entering production data, grades, test results into IBM mainframe
Invoicing shipments
Assist in weighing trucks
Backup to logistics coordinator (may require to alternate weekends)
Answer phone and transfer as needed to appropriate staff member
Oral and written communication skills
Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft office
IBM, Peanut Procurement, etc
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Other duties assigned
Some extended hours or weekend work may be required.
This position is located at our Headland, Alabama Shelling Plant.
ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between :
35,400.00 - $66,600.00
