Job summary
Function: Assemble products or components of manufactured items per production work orders and/or procedures, drawings, and schematics.
General Responsibilities
- Participate in required meetings.
- Promote unity and positive morale.
- Assure cleanliness of working areas.
- Complete quality documentation using readable penmanship.
- Able to lift 30 pounds minimum on a regular basis.
- Understand and obey all safety requirements.
- Ability to clock in and out of timekeeping system correctly.
- Social skills to get along with co-workers and be a team player.
- Commitment to keep work area clean and free of debris.
- Working knowledge of Employee Handbook.
- Able to understand and communicate in English.
- Proficient in written, oral and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work in teams and independently.
- Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Operate assembly line hand tools.
- Completing paperwork daily related to assembly line.
- Assemble products or components of manufactured items.
- Reject products outside of specifications per NCMR procedure.
Qualifications
- High School Degree or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience in related industry preferred.
- All training courses as identified by the Training Matrix must be complete 90 days after hire.
- Any other training identified on the Individual Development Plan.

Experience
- No experience required/On-the-job training to be provided.
- Mastery of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions).
- Working knowledge of the Company’s traveler (router, bill of materials, etc.).
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measure.
