In this pivotal role, you will support the development and administration of customer service plans and programs aimed at delivering best-in-class services to our customers. Your efforts will enhance customer satisfaction in alignment with our business strategy, objectives, and Group guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Support the administration of customer service plans and programs.
Contribute to customer service initiatives and activities to provide superior services and enhance customer satisfaction.
Implement day-to-day customer service processes and procedures in accordance with standard global/regional practices to maximize effectiveness.
Document and collate costs of initiatives to support prioritization of spending and resource allocation.
Handle customer inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints, responding effectively or directing them to sales representatives or technical/service areas as needed.
Maintain a detailed and current knowledge of the company's products and services.
Analyze and communicate customer service needs to service and technical departments.
Support the development and administration of customer service processes and systems.
Build and nurture relationships with allocated customers.
Provide functional guidance, advice, or training to less experienced team members.

2 years of experience in a customer relationship role.
BA/BS degree preferred.
Demonstrated leadership ability, including driving KPIs and employee engagement.
Strong business acumen and commercial drive.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentations).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Pay Range: $79,777.50 - $106,370.00 (Based on Experience)

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus role dependent performance-based incentives.
