What you'll do :
Reporting and Analysis : Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, variance analyses and executive presentations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Planning and Forecasting : Support the development of financial forecasts and annual budgets in collaboration with cross functional teams.
Business Support : Work closely with teams across finance, sales and operations to provide actionable insights that drive performance.
Trade Spend : Oversee the tracking, calculations and settlement of trade spend, including rebates and other incentives. Ensure accurate accounting of gross-to-net sales adjustments all the while improving forecasting, reporting and efficiency.
Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing workflow processes, operating systems and problem-solving techniques.

Additional Qualifications / Responsibilities
What you'll need to have :
1 - 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or analytical roles
Bachelor's degree Finance, Accounting or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and an eagerness to adopt new tools to enhance the finance org such as dashboarding, data visualization and AI tooling
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle with strategic analysis and routine financial processes
Experience with JDE and Planful is a plus
