We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our North Louisiana/Arkansas Timberlands (NLAR) Region in Ruston, LA.
The Timberlands Finance team is dynamic and well-respected. The team has a strong reputation, established, and maintained by knowledgeable team members who deliver financial analysis and partner with our stakeholders. We are focused on your personal and career development, giving you opportunities to see all aspects of Weyerhaeuser’s financial environment and gain the skills to advance to different roles throughout the company. You will be a key contributor to the NLAR finance team, directly supporting the region’s Finance and Planning Manager and Operations Teams. This role also works closely with a collaborative group of peers across Southern Timberlands.

In This Role, Your Essential Functions Will Be To
Lead the processing and maintaining of the Timberlands Contract and Payment System (CAPS) for the NLAR region.
Help maintain and govern standard and Weyerhaeuser financial internal controls.
Support the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes through frontline meetings with business partners, critical thinking, and consolidation and analysis of information across Southern Timberlands.
Collaborate across departments including operations, corporate accounting, internal audit, and information technology to meet business needs and identify and implement systems improvements.
Provide project data driven analysis and reporting by using empirical evidence and critical thinking.
Demonstrate Proficiency utilizing analysis tools, Microsoft Excel, SAP, Microsoft Power Point and Power BI.
