Responsibilities
- Manage monthly HR reporting (Headcount, Recognition, Diversity, Overtime, Attrition, etc.)
- Support hiring of all hourly associates along with testing and placement process
- Manage onboarding process for new and transfer hires
- Support Affirmative Action Plan
- Support Intern program
- Manage HR and payroll system
- Manage Time and Attendance system (Kronos)
- Assist with Investigations/Code of Conduct
- Manage Tuition Reimbursement process
- United Way and Plant activities/volunteer activities
- Lead New Employee Orientation
- Prepare presentations and communication materials
- Assist with recognition events
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business / Business Administration, or equivalent qualification/experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to review data and communicate points of view
- Ability to create client-ready PowerPoint decks
- Interpersonal skills
- Excel and PowerPoint skills
- BASIC/working HR knowledge
- Desire for self-development
