Responsibilities
Job Description
Work closely with Facility and Operations managers to ensure good communication of facility and tool repair needs.
Ensure that assets, equipment and facility are maintained at a high level to ensure production and flow of assets to the field.
Create maintenance schedules for all equipment, hand tools and other miscellaneous assets.
Follow all maintenance schedules and periodically audit the process to see if it meets the needs of the shop and its production levels.
Provide the management team with detailed reports each week of maintenance and equipment health reports as well as any needs for the maintenance department.
Ensure proper levels of supplies and tools required to keep the facility, assets and equipment up and operational at all times.
Work closely with the operations team to communicate replacement part needs for down tools.
Work closely with management to ensure proper tool repair techniques are being utilized and that the tools retain structural integrity through inspections and regular updates.
Maintains the highest level of professionalism and works with honesty and integrity.
Any other duty, responsibility, or task assigned by supervisor.

High level of mechanical knowledge and ability
Electrical and plumbing experience
Light welding and torching experience
Proficiency with basic hand tools.
Proven history of managed maintenance schedules and performance
Self and time management skills are a must
Downhole tool experience.
Self-motivated and detail oriented.
Available to work weekends and holidays as needed to support customer field operations.
Ethical and positive workplace attitude
Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication, and operational management skills.
Forklift training.
Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. on a regular basis
