BGIS is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the team in Seattle, WA.

Sample Responsibilities
Standard building maintenance of entrances and doorways.
Wall patchwork and interior/exterior painting as needed.
Hang wall decor and mount wall fixtures such as white boards and screens.
Fix carpet tiles, floor issue.
Perform simple roof patches.
Repair toilets.
Replace light bulbs, clean light fixtures and lens.
Perform scheduled building inspections and fill it out and make recommendations (which turns into repair jobs).
Assists licensed trades people in doing preventive maintenance (i.e. do the filter changes) and repairs.

Ability to adhere and to properly execute processes and practices relating to facility operations
Strong client-service orientation along with a high sense of urgency
Effective communication skills for the purpose of data relay, exchange, feedback, and clarification
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Physical ability to walk job sites on uneven terrain.
Ability to work at heights and from ladders.
Ability to regularly walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Respond to off-hour emergency calls.
