The Boeing Global Services organization is seeking a Mid-level Support Logistics Systems Specialist for an exciting opportunity with the C-17 Fleet Reliability & Analysis Team in Warner Robins, GA.
Position Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will conduct Repair Level analysis (RLA) / Conduct Logistics Support Cost Analysis (LSCA) in support of our C-17 internal and external Air Force customers. Typical tasks include but not limited to the following:
Review/evaluate each Source, Maintenance, and Recoverability (SMR) Code Change Request, to determine if the item listed in the change request is to be considered as an RLA / LSCA candidate.
Perform RLA / LSCA on all candidate items in support of the SMR Code Change Request to determine the best maintenance support scenarios for the item(s) under analysis.
Collect, review and maintain applicable data to support an RLA / LSCA, interface with functional areas, and compile status report for each candidate.
Generate load sheets and input data into the Air Force furnished Network Repair Level Analysis (NRLA) model.
Develop RLA / LSCA output report, perform sensitivity analysis, and analyze results.
Submit RLA / LSCA report to the Support Specialist and review results.
Provide support to the SMR Code Review Board meetings with the Boeing IPTs and the Air Force.
Review RLA Supplier Data Request Lists (SDRL) and provide comments/feedback

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or other technical degree
5 years of experience in level of repair analysis
3 years of experience with aircraft maintenance
Experience with Network Repair Level Analysis
Knowledge in Failure Mode Effects and Criticality analysis (FMECA) and root cause analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Familiar with Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
Military experience
