Hybrid fixed are roles that are a blend of onsite work/in-person interactions with some ability to work remotely and require employees to live within a commutable distance and be onsite fixed days each week.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide oversight, observation, and technical guidance to improve line and station performance and meet regulatory requirements.
- Develop training materials, conduct, and present training.
- Assist subject matter experts in the development of training and implementation of training materials.
- Manage the Systematic Approach to Training and accreditation renewal activities for the assigned training program.
- Manage training intranet and VISION database. Assist line management in oversight of OJT/TPE activities for qualifications.
- Perform self-assessments, benchmarking, and observations to identify strengths and weaknesses. Partner with line management to manage, govern and monitor the requested training program(s).
- Support refuel outages and emergency response team as assigned.

Job Specific Qualifications:
Required
- Associates degree in science/engineering or education/training with 4 years related industry experience/ technical background
- OR
- 6 years of related industry experience/technical background
- A combination of Training and Operational experience and job knowledge commensurate with the position being sought: Mechanical, Electrical, I&C Maintenance, Engineering, Radiological or Chemistry.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Meet and maintain Nuclear's requirements for unescorted plant access.
- BS Degree
- Prior classroom/training experience, prior experience in performance of basic Plant Operations tasks and practices.
