Job Description:
Load King is seeking a Parts Sales Coordinator with a strong background in customer service and parts sales coordination for various heavy equipment manufactured within the organization. This role is responsible for processing and managing parts orders from multiple channels, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate responses to customer needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, production, engineering, and other departments to manage parts orders while supporting customers and maintaining system accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process incoming parts orders via phone, walk-ins, and e-business requests.
Verify inventory and enter accurate data into operating systems.
Coordinate order flow and communicate build instructions, timelines, and any order changes.
Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, production, and engineering teams.
Deliver pricing inquiries and solve part identification issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless order management.

Experience with MS Windows, Excel, and Word.
