Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of agricultural equipment parts and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. This role involves assisting customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient parts department operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers (both in-person and over the phone) with identifying and purchasing the correct parts
Research and locate parts using catalogs, databases, and manufacturer resources
Process orders, returns, and warranties accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management
Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely availability of parts
Develop strong relationships with customers and vendors
Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

What it Takes
Required 5 years experience in a parts department, preferably in agricultural, heavy equipment, or automotive industries
Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment parts (tractors, combines, implements, etc.)
Experience with parts inventory management systems and ordering processes
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Computer proficiency (experience with dealership management software is a plus)
Ability to lift and carry heavy parts as needed
Must have a clean driving record
