Operate various machinery and equipment involved in the manufacturing process.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase product quality.

Ability to lift, bend, squat, wear a respirator/mask, and dress in proper personal protective equipment throughout the shift
Reliable transportation is required; availability of STARS transit service routes may be an option depending on location
Work Environment
The work environment for a general production employee in manufacturing may involve exposure to various elements such as noise, dust, and chemicals. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided, and adherence to safety protocols is of the upmost importance.

The range for this position is $20.00 to $26.26 hourly rate. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
