VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a junior/mid-level Program Analyst to support a NAVSEA program office located in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite up to 3-5 days a week.

The Program Analyst will demonstrate an understanding of supporting a project from concept to completion, and that programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and how imperative it is to keep the project on a productive path.

- Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of US Navy clients
- Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
- Assist with tactical planning using resources like MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or Power BI and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, or project analysts

Basic Requirements:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- 4 years of experience supporting Navy acquisition programs
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition pathways
- Ability to communicate effectively at the O6 level
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Finance, or a related field
- DAWIA or PMP Certification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Power BI
- Ability to proactively identify problems and develop and propose solutions
