Job Duties And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and drive agile technical deliverables with stakeholders and technical resources, ensuring timely feature delivery and roadmap alignment.
Manage project timelines, lead scoping sessions with product, architecture, and stakeholders, and align delivery schedules to customer objectives.
Analyze and mitigate project risks, track dependencies, and maintain efficient schedules for delivering key components.
Communicate progress on initiatives, prepare status reports, and improve intake and execution processes iteratively.
Actively manage product value, usability, feasibility, and business risks, measuring post-launch effectiveness and iterating on outcomes.
Use prioritization frameworks to manage backlog features and optimize product delivery.

Skilled in anticipating stakeholder needs, thriving in fast-paced environments, and demonstrating intellectual curiosity and ownership.
Proficient in Agile processes and methodologies with strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of collaborating across distributed teams.
Experienced in managing projects with tools like Rally/CA Agile Central and Jira; telecommunications experience is a plus.
Adept at balancing current delivery while planning for future work amidst rapidly changing priorities.
