Summary Description
To perform assigned set up responsibilities in a manner that meets or exceeds the requirements of the organization and its customers.
Major Responsibilities
To perform assigned daily routine.
Assist in making sure all molds are kept in good working condition.
To perform set ups in molding departments as required.
To provide backup technical support to production and other internal customers.
Assist with new machines and new molds during debugging stage.
Perform specified functions of Maintenance and Engineering Manager his absence.
Perform specified functions of equipment repair as require
To report any vital information concerning quality, safety, and productivity to the proper personnel.
To assist in maintaining a quality, clean, and safe working environment.
Know and understand Silgan Company policies and procedures
