Pay $18 - $50 / hour
Our applicants must exhibit strong work ethic and be able to provide supporting references. John Deere experience is preferred. Related experience required. We service and repair John Deere Wheel Loaders, Backhoes, Motor Graders, Excavators, Crawler Dozers, Articulated Dump Trucks, and many other types of equipment used throughout the construction and agricultural industry. Reports To : Service Manager
Job Essential Duties :
Accurately diagnose and repair John Deere Construction and Forestry equipment as well as other various brands of equipment supported by Yellowhouse Machinery.
Rebuild or replace various types of powertrain and hydraulic components including engines, transmissions, axles, control valves, hydraulic pumps etc.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while on duty.
Align with safety compliance per company policy.
Maintain a clean work environment and properly care for shop equipment and specialty tools provided.
Participate in a positive and a relationship building work environment alongside coworkers in Service, Sales, and Parts departments.

Additional Qualifications / Responsibilities
Requirements
Basic computer skills to efficiently utilize service and parts support programs.
Ability to maintain and create accurate and comprehensive service reports on tasks performed during service or repair.
Must have general knowledge of troubleshooting electrical, hydraulics and power train components.
Willingness to participate in company paid training as required.
Must possess personal hand and pneumatic tools to perform diagnostic, service and repair work on heavy equipment.
Must carry out instructions or duties provided by the Service Manager or Shop Foreman in an effort to efficiently and effectively service or repair machines.
Applicant must pass a physical drug screening and possess a driver's license.
