How You'll Make An Impact
- Analyze, design, modify, configure, integrate, test, validate and deploy Delinea (Centrify) solutions to meet mission requirements.
- Identify and document the architecturally significant aspects of the system(s), including requirements, design, implementation, and deployment “views” of the system.
- Support Delinea (Centrify) requests utilizing existing ticketing systems and queues.
- Ensure compliance with all customer architecture standards, security regulations, and customer approved Delinea (Centrify) architectures for Enterprise IT systems.
- Work with the government COR and Directory Services organization to ensure Delinea (Centrify) Server Suite best practices are adhered to.
- Establish and maintain the architectural requirements of the Delinea (Centrify) software solutions.
- Assist customers troubleshoot Delinea (Centrify) connectivity issues to the domain.
- Troubleshoot user authentication issues and server domain join issues.
- Work with Delinea (Centrify) vendor support to submit bug fix request, software functionality issues, and security concerns.
- Currently holds a Top Secret clearance – TS/SCI with a full-scope poly required.
- Experience operating in classified environments.
- Related degrees and/or equivalent experience and 6-8 years of Identity Access Management (IAM) platform work experience. Preferably experience with the Delinea (Centrify) platform.
- Must have strong knowledge and understanding of Identity Access Management principles, authentication and authorization, and resource provisioning methods.
- Experience designing, deploying, integrating, and administrating Identity Software solutions.
- Experience and working knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Windows Active Directory.
- Security Certification equivalent or higher security certification required.
- Strong understanding of governance and compliance, specifically with FAR, DFARs, CUI and CMMC.
- Broad understanding of FedRAMP and IL constructs.
- Strong understanding of leadership concepts and ideas.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Experience leading an engineering team, preferably having handled tasking, resolving personnel issues, and providing actionable feedback.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
