Job Description
The Opportunity :
CACI has an immediate opening for a Systems Administrator to join our Accounts Management team , supporting the Distributed Ground System (DGS) modernization and system operations. This role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and is critical to maintaining secure and efficient operations for mission-critical systems. Our Accounts Management Team works 24 / 7 on four consecutive 10-hour shifts each week. The work hours for this position will be Sunday - Wednesday, days : 0600-1600. A TS / SCI clearance is required.
Responsibilities :
- Account Management :
- Provision user accounts using Quest One Identity products.
- Collaborate with management and clients to ensure accurate account permissions are assigned.
- Troubleshooting & Support :
- Diagnose, isolate, and resolve common account issues, identifying root causes.
- Respond promptly to service outages, technical queries, and system-related issues.
- System Operations & Maintenance :
- Conduct regular system health checks (processes, services, network, storage) to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform systems analysis and development to adapt to evolving technologies.
- Update and maintain configuration management documentation.
- Collaboration & Guidance :
- Work closely with security teams on system upgrades and issue resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support personnel.

The proposed salary range for this position is :
68,400-$143,700
