Job Summary
In this role, you will manage the project transportation contract. Overseeing a national bus transportation company responsible under your direction to provide all daily and ad hoc transportation requirements for the project. Assist with development and implementation of site shuttle transportation provided by General Services group.
Major Responsibilities
Ensure the service provider is adhering to all safety practices Maintenance and cleaning) required to perform the scope safely
Will conduct frequent inspections of the service providers maintenance logs
Shall identify any gaps in scope or performance and correct with support of Bechtel contracts
Develop an efficient service schedule in conjunction with Construction and Labor Relations to support project working hours
Develop town shuttle schedule for recreation.
Develop and prepare daily, weekly monthly reports on the contract performance

Education and Experience Requirements:
8-10 years of relevant experience in passenger transportation service industry
OSHA 30
Required Knowledge And Skills
Strong understanding of high-volume company passenger transport scheduling.
Successful candidate will require a minimum of 8 years in a supervisory capacity within the passenger transport industry.
Have been responsible for scheduling and monitoring passenger transport services in a construction or commercial environment.
Will have understanding of mechanical maintenance scheduling.
