Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is "On-Site" at the location detailed in the job post.
You will install and customize equipment on a variety of new specialty trucks used by utility companies, rail, telecom, infrastructure, forestry services and other specialty equipment operators.
Monday - Friday, Day Shift 5am - 1:30pm (OT as needed)
Must have mechanics tools and a valid drivers license.
Medium and Heavy Truck, Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanics.
Competitive Pay based on experience.
Duties And Responsibilities
Installation and removal of several types of truck bodies and equipment.
Modification of truck wheelbases.
Installation and removal of truck suspensions.
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Custom Truck and factory standards.
Fabrication and installation of components related to truck equipment installations.
Always keeps shop area neat and clean and account for all tools.
Uses and maintains all necessary shop equipment required to complete any repairs or PM inspections.
Disposes of used oil, grease, antifreeze, and filters in the assigned location to ensure EPA compliance.
Attend CTOS and factory-sponsored training classes.
Works with all departments in harmony.
Ability to follow Company’s Job Safety policies and attend safety training classes.
Other duties as needed.
