How You'll Make an Impact :
VetnCare is seeking a full time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Pinole pet hospital in beautiful Pinole, CA! You'll be the first friendly face that welcomes each pet parent and ensures they feel supported and informed throughout their visit. Through these efforts, you'll play a crucial role in creating a warm and caring environment that enhances our patients' and pet parents' overall experience.
- Acting as client-patient advocate to ensure pet parent has received all pertinent information to the pet's healthcare.
- Checking in and greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Managing appointment schedules and confirming appointments using practice management system.
- Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
- Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
- Acting as client-patient advocate to ensure pet parent has received all pertinent information to the pet's healthcare.
- Hospital maintenance and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills sets, experience and training, licensures and certifications, education, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
