Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visual concepts and designs for campaigns, marketing materials, and digital assets.
- Design engaging content for various platforms, including websites, mobile apps, intranet sites, and digital kiosks.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop designs that align with the brand’s identity and business objectives.
- Support senior designers by providing creative input, preparing drafts, and refining designs based on feedback.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Maintain consistency in visual elements across all deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and digital design trends.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn and take direction.
- A portfolio showcasing creative projects and technical skills is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with VA and/or a VA Badge or PIV card
- Experience designing for digital platforms, such as apps, websites, or wearable technology.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or interactive media is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or UX/UI principles is an advantage.
