To sustain our growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager plays an integral part as they communicate with Business Development, Layout, Accounting, and Logistics to ensure adherence to the process and address any gaps or issues that arise. The Project Manager will see assigned projects through the entirety of our process. The ideal candidate will bring project management experience in a fast-paced environment, possessing exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills necessary to complete multiple projects simultaneously.
Primary Responsibilities
· Work with and assist kindhearted colleagues
· Lead the planning and implementation of projects
· Define project tasks and resource requirements
· Plan and schedule project timelines
· Monitor and report progress of projects to all stakeholders
· Implement and coordinate project changes and interventions
· Meet required performance metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience in a project management role
· Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management abilities, demonstrated through past achievements.
· Comprehensive understanding of various project management functions and principles
· Proven track record of planning and executing project management processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
· Ability to implement streamlined project management processes to enhance speed and efficiency while adapting to evolving business needs.

· A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

Requirements:
· Successful completion of an FBI background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
