Job Description
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of both sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify market opportunities, create compelling campaigns, and optimize the sales process to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility.
- Manage and lead the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the product, design, and content teams to develop marketing materials and sales collateral.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through digital marketing channels, social media, and traditional methods.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and optimize the company’s website, SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
