We are seeking an accomplished Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Flushing, Michigan. The ideal candidate will possess outside sales experience in a fast-paced environment and will demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills necessary for driving sales expansion. This individual will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at achieving new heights of growth.
Objective of this role:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to formulate sales goals and long-term sales strategies.
- Enhance sales efficiency through comprehensive analysis of the sales processes.
- Adhere to established sales objectives to optimize efficiency and drive increased growth.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct regular sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
· Complete and submit sales call reports in a timely manner.
· Engage with clients to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
· Conduct educational in-services and meetings with referral sources.
· Collaborate with Customer Service to manage each sales account effectively.
· Travel within the assigned territory as needed to engage with clients.
· Meet or exceed annual sales goals set for the territory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in mobility devices and/or durable medical equipment (DME/HME).
· Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and inform strategies.
· Comprehensive knowledge of construction and the products offered.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
· Proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management.
