- Lead our sales team from the front!
- Fully own the leadership of the team and ensure we hit department goals. Develop and improve our unique sales scripts and processes.
- Challenge our sales team and inspire GROWTH.
- Once our foundation is solid, you will lead our Seller Success team recruitment efforts. Provide and enforce the process to the rest of the team.
- Consistently train and role-play with the Seller Success department.
- Find innovative ways to improve our Sellers customer journey. Whatever else comes up to achieve our goals!
