About the job Fiscal Assistant

Duties and Tasks :

The position handles payments made to the Business Office through SIS and Cashnet.
This position is responsible for general office support and assisting with the daily deposits.
The person in this position will handle customer interactions over the phone, in person, and through email.

KSA's / Required Qualifications KSAs :

Ability to think critically and troubleshoot student account issues with minimum supervision.

Ability to handle money

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to solve customers issues

Knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel

Ability to effectively communicate student account information and policies / procedures in a manner easily understood by the customer.

Required Qualifications :

Experience in accounts receivable and / or cash handling.

Experience in Customer service.

Experience working in an office environment.
