Qualifications & Skills :
2 years of retail experience, with exposure to merchandising and visual concepts.
Experience supervising a team in a management capacity.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
A “get things done” mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different styles.
A natural collaborator with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift and / or move up to 50 lbs frequently.
Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling.
Occasional ladder climbing.
Routine standing for the duration of shifts (up to 8 hours).
Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
