IDEAL CANDIDATE
Able to work with CCTV systems.
Able to work unsupervised in the field.
Able to perceive the full range of the color spectrum.
Able to follow proper evidence handling and chain of custody procedures.
Able to work in different weather conditions and tolerate exposure to air pollutants and dust.
Able to operate the vehicles safely, possess a valid driver's license, and have an acceptable driving record.
Able to learn new software, tools, and technologies, and be able to quickly adapt when new solutions arise.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Three years of experience in a commercial photographic laboratory, including experience in color processing.
Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
Color processing experience.
All finalists for positions are subject to a criminal background check applicable to the department or position.
Positions in the Police Department must meet the background standards that are appropriate to non-sworn positions.
Some positions require the use of personal or City vehicles on City business. Individuals must be physically capable of operating the vehicles safely, possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record. Use of a personal vehicle for City business will be prohibited if the employee is not authorized to drive a City vehicle or if the employee does not have personal insurance coverage.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum qualifications listed above, plus :
Experience troubleshooting with network and digital video recorders.
Experience using digital records management systems, e.g., Xtender, Evidence.com.
Experience using Microsoft 350, duplicating data and various internal browsing software.
Experience using Axon Investigate (iNPUT-ACE), Amped Five, BriefCam, DVR Examiner.
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, e.g. Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop.
