About Role
- An experienced IT Operations professional with a "can do" attitude with strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Virtualization, Active Directory, office365 administration, MDM solutions, Intune, #citrixworkspace. The role will support the following activities.
- As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience & expertise in helping VIP users with daily IT operations activities like user on-boarding / offboarding, IT induction and troubleshooting daily IT issues but at the same time also manage on-prem and cloud IT infrastructure.
- Independently work as the IT site SPOC while engaging & managing OEM vendors to bring up and manage a new site from an IT standpoint.
- You will work closely & collaborate with offshore (India) support teams.
- Utilize your deep understanding of ITSM products & services in running daily IT operations.
- You will use your strong & hands on knowledge to maintain & operate IT infrastructure involving AWS and Virtualization, Active Directory, O365, Citrix and MS Azure.
- You will be proactive and a great team player with extraordinary communication skills to handle senior leadership population like VPs & SVPs.
- You will have knowledge of WAN, LAN Switches. Routers, Firewalls & VPN devices.
