Role Overview
- Program Management : Oversee MSKs Workers Compensation and Workplace Accommodations programs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Strategy Development : Create and update program strategies and objectives, staying informed of regulatory changes.
- Injury Prevention : Analyze work-related injury trends and identify opportunities for prevention.
- Collaboration : Work with Employee Health providers, HR, Environmental Health & Safety, Third-Party Administrators (TPA), and others to enhance program effectiveness.
- Committee Participation : Join cross-functional committees, prepare reports, and conduct program reviews.
- Training and Presentations : Develop materials and deliver presentations on workers compensation and workplace accommodations.
- Metrics Tracking : Monitor program effectiveness and explore cost-saving opportunities.
- Team Supervision : Manage staff, provide training, evaluate performance, and support career development.
