Key Responsibilities :
Lead experimental design and method optimization for single-cell sequencing, contributing to high-impact research in computational oncology.

Maintain detailed records of experiments, procedures, and technical summaries to support reproducibility and data integrity.
Identify anomalies in data and troubleshoot experimental designs to ensure successful outcomes.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external collaborators, delivering clear presentations in both technical and non-technical settings.

Key Qualifications :
Ph.D. in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field with at least 3 years of post-doctoral experience in an academic or research setting.
Proven experience in experimental and computational genomics, with a focus on NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) assay development.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data to both scientific and non-scientific audiences.
A proven track record in mentorship, with a strong interest in helping others succeed and providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and addressing issues efficiently and independently.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic research environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
