Flex Armed Security Officer

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Commissioned Officer to join our Team!

Available Shift:
Monday - Friday 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.

Duties:

• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms to identify potential security breaches.
• Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports, logs, and daily activity reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed.
• Participate in training programs and drills to enhance skills and readiness.

Requirements:

• Armed level 3 guard card.
• Flex Armed Security Officer experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work at least 2 days a week.
• Must have own firearm and duty belt with level 3 holster(preferred)
• Professional / friendly customer service skills.
• Knowledge of public safety and security protocol.
• Must have great communication and customer service skills.

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Experience:

• Level 3 Certificate: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Guard Card Commissioned (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Fort Worth, TX 76006 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Fort Worth, TX 76006: Relocate before starting work (Required)
