DUTIES:
- Manage and oversee the rapid response program, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Supervise a team of social workers and other staff members, providing guidance and support.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and referral sources.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct program evaluations and monitor outcomes to ensure quality improvement.
- Provide administrative oversight, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or a related role.
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs or developmental disabilities.
- Clean Driving Record Background Check.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of program development principles and best practices.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
