As a Cleared Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a secure self-serve platform for Jericho Security's customers. You'll focus on building automation and productivity features, ensuring that the platform is safe, scalable, and effective for upselling users from freemium to paid models.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a secure self-serve platform that allows customers to try Jericho's products.
- Implement features to automate C hief Information Security Officer (CISO) workflows and increase productivity for users.
- Monitor user behavior and data to prevent abuse of the platform and ensure security.
- Collaborate with marketing to align platform features with upsell strategies.
- Track and analyze feature performance to continuously improve the user experience.
