ESSENTIAL DAILY FUNCTIONS :
- Escalate reschedule issues to the Account Manager to work directly with the customer on what is needed.
- Update customer website portals in a timely manner.
- Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes and resolutions.
- Assist in maintaining trailer pools.
- No temperature report, work this daily.
- Set appointments
- Accept load updates via EDI or other means.
- Manually build loads.
- Track all freight, escalate to Account Manager is something is not going to make it on time.
- Other duties as assigned.
