Role Description
This is a contract role for a Creative Assistant to the C.E.O. The role is hybrid, based in Charlotte, NC, with some work from home acceptable. The Creative Assistant will support the C.E.O. by handling tasks such as communication, image editing, photography, and graphic design. Daily responsibilities include creating and managing visual content, assisting with executive communication, and providing creative input for various projects.
Qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Collaborate with the founder to understand and manage client expectations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Track and report on account performance metrics.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Pitch Email Management:
- Collaborate with the founder to identify target brands and develop compelling pitch strategies.
- Draft and send personalized pitch emails with the goal of independent creation over time.
- Track and manage pitch responses and follow-ups.
- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research on various topics, including packaging, market trends, competitor analysis, pricing, and potential brand partners.
- Compile and present research findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Calendar Management:
- Maintain and optimize the founder's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure adequate breaks and balanced daily scheduling to maximize productivity.
- Social Media Management:
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Schedule and publish engaging content (minimum 3 posts per week), created in collaboration with the founder.
- Monitor social media analytics and provide insights for optimization.
- Engage with followers and answer DMs.
- Event Management:
- Assist in planning and executing local and occasional national events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee management.
- Manage event registration and communication.
- Assist with on-site event execution.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage email correspondence and prioritize incoming requests.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records.
- Assist in creating presentations and reports.
- Content Creation Support:
- Assist in the creation of blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Help to organize content libraries.
- Customer Service:
- Assist in answering customer inquiries via email or social media.
- Help to maintain customer databases.
- Growth Support:
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in developing and implementing new marketing and business development initiatives.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist in basic website maintenance.
