This Position Consists of
TWO First Shifts 7am-3pm
TWO Second Shifts 3pm-11pm
HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS REQUIRED
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy of information
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and manage room assignments
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are highly desirable
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
