IT Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our organization's technology infrastructure and ensure the security and efficiency of our network systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of network security, infrastructure management, and desktop support. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our IT operations while supporting various departments in their technological needs.

Duties

• Supervise and lead the IT team to ensure effective management of all IT operations.
• Lead all ERP functions of the organizations . Expereince with Progress or QAD is helpful
• Manage network infrastructure, including firewalls, Cisco routers, and remote access software.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT management
• Skills
• Proven experience in supervising IT teams and managing projects effectively.
• Strong knowledge of network security principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and desktop support techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure components, including firewalls and Cisco routers.
• Experience with remote access software for efficient troubleshooting and support.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies for improved project execution.
